A journey through Scotland’s creative landscape from the perspective of deaf creatives, examining historical figures, stylistic approaches and interviewing 2 contemporary deaf people working in textiles/crafts and jewellery – their struggles and passions.

The film is narrated by Ruaridh, a deaf artist from Edinburgh, who places historical and contemporary perspectives side by side, examining how much has changed over time within artistic practices and the deaf community.

The film was shot in Edinburgh, Perth Gallery, Lochaber and Barrhead.
